If you want to change your profile details (name, address, country of residence, etc) please send us an email at support@capital.com

To update your address we need one of the following documents as evidence:

  • Utility bill (ie water, gas, electricity, television services, landline phone bills, etc)
  • Bank statement (including screenshots of online banking and bank letter);
  • Residence certificate;
  • Credit/Debit card statements;
  • Tax statements or local authority tax bill;
  • Government-issued documents (notices/election invitations/etc.);
  • Landline internet bills;
  • Mortgage statements.
