If you want to change your profile details (name, address, country of residence, etc) please send us an email at support@capital.com.
To update your address we need one of the following documents as evidence:
- Utility bill (ie water, gas, electricity, television services, landline phone bills, etc)
- Bank statement (including screenshots of online banking and bank letter);
- Residence certificate;
- Credit/Debit card statements;
- Tax statements or local authority tax bill;
- Government-issued documents (notices/election invitations/etc.);
- Landline internet bills;
- Mortgage statements.
