Can I withdraw to a bank account via wire transfer?
Yes. You can withdraw funds to a bank account in your own name only. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts are not permitted and will be rejected.
How to add a new bank account for withdrawals?
You can add a bank account for withdrawals by making a deposit from a bank account in your name. Once used for a deposit, the bank account becomes available as a withdrawal option.
- In most cases, the bank account is verified automatically.
- If automatic verification isn’t possible, you’ll be asked
to upload proof of bank account ownership. - You may use multiple personal bank accounts to fund your trading account and withdraw funds.
If you haven’t verified any local bank accounts yet, you can also add one directly from the withdrawal screen. You’ll need to:
- Enter your bank account details.
- Upload a bank account statement, showing the account holder’s name and bank details.
What funds can I withdraw to my bank account?
Local bank account (bank is located in your country of residence):
- Funds originally deposited via this bank account
- Trading profits
- Funds deposited via source cards (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) only if all source cards are verified, including expired cards
Foreign bank account (bank is located outside your country of residence):
- Funds originally deposited via this bank account
- Trading profits
Important: Funds deposited via other e-wallets (EG, Paypal, Skrill, Neteller) must be withdrawn back to the original e-wallet.
How to verify source cards
If you initiate verification yourself
- Open ‘Withdrawal’
- A payment method will be preselected
- Choose ‘Change’ to view all saved payment methods
- Choose ‘>’ to view card details
- If a ‘Verify’ button is shown, the card requires verification
If Capital.com requests verification
- Open ‘Account’ (top left of the app)
- Open ‘My requests’
- Select ‘Proof of card’
- Upload the requested documents
