Why is there less money in my Capital.com account than I deposited?

If your account shows a smaller amount than you deposited, it may be due to a fee from an intermediary bank.

When you send funds via regular bank transfer, the payment sometimes passes through a third-party bank before reaching our payment provider.

If that happens, the intermediary may deduct a processing fee during the transfer.

This fee isn't charged by Capital.com or your bank. It’s applied by an intermediary during the transfer process, and we have no control over it.
