Yes. Stocks can be purchased by number of shares or by cash amount – the equivalent fractional quantity is calculated automatically. Fractional trading is supported to eight decimal places.
Stop-buy orders must be for whole shares; fractional and amount-based stop-buys are not supported.
Fractional shares are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another broker or custody arrangement.
