Shares are held via appointed custodians:
- US assets: Clear Street LLC
- UK & EU assets: Caceis Bank SA
CCEU is your contracting firm and acts as introducing broker. Execution, clearing, settlement, and custody are provided through an appointed third-party broker, GTN Europe Financial Services Ltd, which holds instruments in an omnibus nominee account registered in CCEU's name. You are the beneficial owner.
Your cash is held as client money, segregated from firm funds and pooled with other clients' money where eligible. You consent to pooled holding. No interest is paid on client money.
Eligible CCEU retail clients are covered by the CySEC Investor Compensation Fund (ICF) up to €20,000. In the event of a shortfall in instruments, you may not recover all of your assets.
