How long do withdrawals take?

Have more questions? Submit a request

We typically handle withdrawal requests within 24 hours, but it may take up to 5 business days for the money to appear in your card or bank account.

Sometimes, withdrawals can take a little longer. This is usually due to additional checks we make to ensure we’re compliant with regulation.

How to speed up withdrawals

  1. Verify your payment methods

Upload all the documents we ask for in ‘My requests’, and respond to any additional requests promptly.

  1. Withdraw to a verified bank

To withdraw profits – ie, more than your deposit – withdraw to a verified bank account.

  1. Use your deposit method

You can withdraw up to the amount you deposited back to the same payment method.

  1. Make sure account names match

You won’t be able to withdraw anywhere with a different name to the one on your trading account.

Why do some withdrawals take longer?

We’re a regulated broker. We follow strict know your customer (KYC) and anti money-laundering (AML) rules to protect your funds.

So sometimes, we make extra checks before we approve a withdrawal. This can happen if:

  • Your payment method isn’t verified
  • You’re withdrawing to a new method
  • You’re withdrawing to a different method to your deposit
  • The name on your payment account doesn’t match your trading account
  • There’s suspicious or unusual activity
  • You’re requesting profits to a method that only supports withdrawals up to your deposit amount (like a card)

Sometimes, it may be that your bank is simply still handling the withdrawal. To help them find and track a card withdrawal, you can send them  an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) or RRN (Retrieval Reference Number). To find your ARN/RRN, follow these steps:

On the app:

  • Go to Account > Reports > Funds History.
  • Find the withdrawal or refund with the status ‘Processed.’
  • Tap on the transaction to view the related ARN/RRN.

On web:

  • Go to Reports > Transactions (on the left side of the screen).
  • Locate the withdrawal or refund with the status ‘Processed.’
  • Click the (i) button next to the ‘Processed’ status to view the related ARN/RRN.
